Hello and welcome to Get Vegged, where we’d like to share our obsession for tasty food!

First off we would like to say that we’re no experts in nutrition and diet, and we’re definitely not calorie counters. However, we are extremely passionate about cooking and enjoy nothing more than discovering new and exciting recipes.

Our love for food and cooking really started to develop when we made the decision to give up meat completely. After a period that basically involved eating the same thing quite a lot and/or processed food, we realised something needed to change, and fast. This meant we had to be much more creative with our meals, and it was quite a daunting task initially. However, after just a few days of research we realised that eating meat-free and healthily is easy, fun, and tasty, and we haven’t looked back.

Cooking plant-based meals has reignited our taste buds, and we hope that our blog will also inspire you to dust off your utensils, grab your apron and get busy in the kitchen. So, let’s Get Vegged!
